Welcome to LVChat (https://chat.lasvegasbestinternet.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the service. By registering an account, joining as a guest, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account or joining as a guest, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Registration may be subject to approval by the operators. Accounts may be placed in a pending or suspended state at any time for policy or legal reasons.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Post content that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Harass, stalk, or bully any person, or publish another person’s personal information without consent (“doxxing”);
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems;
  • Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or other bulk messages;
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent any technical protection.

We may remove content and suspend, ban, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. We may retain archives of content as required for operational, legal, and safety purposes, even after you delete it from public view.

5. Moderation and reporting

The service uses automated filters and moderation. You can report messages you believe violate these Terms, and staff may review reported content. Our decisions regarding moderation, including removal of content and action against accounts, are final.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
